Both as a standalone ophthalmologist and with an established ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, Dr Manpreet Singh has a distinct professional reputation that rates him among the best eye surgeons in the region. The sheer number of the critical eye surgeries that runs in thousands including Phacoemulsifications, LASIK and SICS, puts him in league of the highly experienced and skilled eye surgeons in North India.

Dr. Manpreet Singh did his MBBS from Government Medical College, Patiala in the year 2000 and went on to complete his M.S at the Government Medical College, Amritsar in the year 2004. He was awarded the fellowship in anterior segment at I-Care super specialty hospital, Noida Delhi NCR.

As a qualified ophthalmologist, Dr. Manpreet Singh has served in multiple hospitals as specialist surgeon and in the process accumulated massive experience and unique surgical expertise in myriad eye care segments. His major past assignments include services at Lions Eye Hospital (Punjab) for four long years beginning 2004. He also served for a substantial period at the Kuber Hospital, Patiala. Having gained all required surgical and clinical eye care skills, Dr. Singh commissioned his own dedicated eye care unit named Global Eye Hospital in 2012. In the follow up years, he joined hands with his other veteran colleagues to work at the joint venture named Ekjyot Group of Eye Hospitals, where his current work profile is that of the Director and Consultant Eye Surgeon.

He is also a visiting eye surgeon at Guru Nanak Dev Charitable Eye Hospital, Pehowa, Sharma Eye Hospital, Dhuri and International Lions Eye Hospital, Shahabad in the city of Ambala. He is one among the principal members in various community service initiatives in the realm of free eye care and on-spot emergency surgeries for the marginalized and those who can't afford such treatment despite in critical need of same. As such he has performed more than 800 eye screening and cataract surgery camps organized under the banner of eclectic national & international NGO's.

As a result of his consistent career and numerous surgeries in different work set ups , Dr. Manpreet has acquired all key skills in sync with the highest professional standards in the eye care segment besides the ability to work under pressure in emergency out station calls and special medical camps across the country. He has also been part of the high level three member Indian medical team ( Eye Surgeons ) that visited Egypt in the year 2016 to share their expertise and experiences with the ophthalmology units of various hospitals in that country.
